Associate Professor Steven Bollipo is currently a Senior Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist at John Hunter Hospital, Newcastle where he was the Director of Gastroenterology & Endoscopy from 2009 to 2025. His current interests include rural outreach liver clinics and research in liver cancer. He is the Chair of Hunter Postgraduate Medical Institute. He is active on social media as @stevenbollipo and is a member of Social Media Working Group of European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
